Refund policy

We operate with a strict no-refund policy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at gillian@mamamaize.com. We will evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at gillian@mamamaize.com to arrange the return.
