More than any other jewelry brand, we get that life happens.
Our living corn seed gems have been known to wander off, and even take whole earrings with them, disappearing into the ether! We like to think that they're finding their way home, back to the soil, and will soon sprout new life.
One day, we will join them, but before that happens, we want to make sure that you and your perfect Mama Maize piece get to experience a long and healthy life together, which is why we offer one year of free corn gem replacements and free repairs. Just pay the cost of shipping.

Corn Gem Replacement:
To initiate a corn gem replacement within the first year of having your jewelry, we require photo verification that the original corn gem was lost or damaged beyond repair. We do not sell solo corn gems.

Free Repairs:
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Therefore, we offer complimentary repairs for any damage or defects that may arise with normal use. Whether it's a broken chain, degraded seeds, or a lost earring, simply reach out to us, and we'll ensure your beloved piece is restored to its former glory.

Metal Piece Replacement:
For one year after purchase, 15% of the original cost of the entire piece for lost or damaged metal components. This includes chains, findings, or any metal elements incorporated into your Mama Maize adornment.
Shipping & Logistics
For your convenience, we offer multiple options for repairs and replacements. If you're local to Grass Valley, California, you can arrange for drop-off or pickup directly with us. For customers outside the area, shipping services are available. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both for sending the item to us and for return shipping. However, if the replacement can be delivered without shipping, you'll only incur one-way shipping costs.
