We understand that accidents happen, and we're here to make the repair and replacement process as seamless as possible for you. For your convenience, we offer $5 shipping options:

Step 1: Choose shipping option 

• One-way Shipping: Purchase one $5 shipping option if your item is only being sent to us, or if a replacement is coming to you.

OR

• Round-trip Shipping: Purchase TWO $5 shipping options if your item needs to be sent to us for repair or replacement and then returned to you.

Step 2: Add your shipping address to the note in the checkout
