This simple and beautiful process is accessible enough for someone who is new to ritual--and yet--deep and potent enough for someone well-versed in alchemy and the ceremonial arts.

Held by the loving presence of the elements--water, fire, soil, and air (the same nourishing forces that grew the corn you wear!)--we will strengthen the heart-to-heart (and ear-to-ear 😉) bond between you and the seeds, encoding an intention for these willing helpers to help grow in your life.

The Sacred Logistics: 

• We will meet for 30 mins on Zoom. (If you feel you would benefit from 60 mins, especially for more time exploring what your intention is, add two of these to your cart.)
• After you've placed your order, you will be emailed my link to schedule our session! 
• You'll need to bring with you: your Mama Maize piece!, a candle, and bowl of water.
• It is recommended to take some time and reflect on your intention before we meet, but it's okay to not be certain and show up with a willingness to listen during the ritual and be surprised by what the seeds want you to know about what is true now. 

The HeartSeed Planting Ritual is perfect at any time but is especially suited to support you through a life transition, threshold crossing, integration of a meaningful experience, or at any moment when you are feeling like you could use an extra reminder of your big "why" and the dream(s) you hold most dear.
